Business Launch Lab is for aspiring entrepreneurs who have a business idea but need step-by-step guidance, practical tools, accountability, and a clear plan to make it official and launch confidently.
What Is Business Launch Lab?
Business Launch Lab is a four- week guided program for aspiring entrepreneurs who have a business idea and need practical support to build, organize, and prepare it for launch. The founding cohort is limited to 5-10 participants to provide hands- on guidance, feedback, and accountability.
Four-Week Curriculum
Week 1- Build It
Clarify your business idea, name, target, audience, products or services, and business structure.
Week 2- Make It Official
Learn about business registration, LLC or entity formation, EIN applications, required documents, and other essential setup steps.
Week 3-Build The Business
Develop your pricing, banking and payment systems, bookkeeping process, business policies, and customer workflow.
Week 4- Launch It
Strengthen your branding, online presence, marketing, customer experience, launch message, and 30-day action plan.
Investment- Founding Cohort Price $397
Pay in full at enrollment, or use the payment plan.
